Re: The UK political thread (formerly independence thread)

Re: The UK political thread (formerly independence thread)

That picture really does sum up Corbyn.
I live in a town that was bombed by the IRA in which 2 children lost their lives. I sincerely hope Labour lose their seat in the North constituency, and fall further behind the conservatives in the South Constituency in the next election.

Lamb of God and Children of Bodom cancelled their gig tonight due to security concerns.
Is this how we're going to live the rest of our lives, in fear of extremists?

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
Mostly what others said, but also 30 minutes of lifting is very low. I'd suggest a solid hour really, obviously the pace you're doing things matters, but only half an hour is definitely on the short side. Doing about an hour now, didn't really know what I was doing at first with the weights, so I e...

Re: What's upset you?
Don't know where to write this, or if it's even a good idea to, I just need to vent. But man, I'm fucking stressed. Everything has gone to shite all at once. At work, I've been doing 55+ hour weeks to meet an approaching deadline. And it's been a case of 1 step forward, two steps back. And in my per...

Ok fitness buffs, Need some advice,
Just over 2 weeks ago I joined the Gym, I've been going 5 times a week and I'm doing about 30 mins of weights and 30 mins Cardio. I've lost sod all yet.
