Re: Bloodstock Forum Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Re: I am *hic* drunk on the fuggin' internet

I had two offers of things to do tonight, but London is a five hour round trip, and downing red wine and facebooking peeps I haven't seen in a year ain't working so bad!

Re: Trivial Grumblings

Gig photographers generally getting in the way of paying punters - blocking the view, pushing past, flashes going off in your face Or paying punters filming the whole thing with the camera phone in your face. In a darkened room that light and the subsequent glare really ruins it! I don't mind peopl...

Re: Bloodstock Forum Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Only just made my team two weeks late, because Bloodstock/Summer Breeze.

Team name is PanzerDivisionMarduk, and being someway behind already I'll probably finish quite low down.

Re: What has made you happy today

Stage times - no matter how questionable.

Also work being quieter than hoped. First face-to-face day alone after court summons go out is usually horrendous.

Re: What has made you happy today

Didn't expect England to come back from that thrashing at Lords, so to thrash the Aussies at Edgbaston was great - but seeing my favourite (England) player come back to form with two fifties was great - no one hits the ball as sweeter than Ian Bell! And Kent are in the quarters for the T20 domestic ...

Re: Recent Photos of Yourself

Yeah, 7 on the Thursday. No thanks, will be seeing friends I haven't seen in months, or in some cases since last BS, and watching bands in the Sophie tent. But running into people throughout the weekend might be cool. Though even if people tell me their username I'll still have no clue, probably vic...

Re: What's freaking you out?

Kind of thought I'd have more time to train for my charity cycle ride, but it's only in 5 weeks, and I'm still recovering from the fall I took a few weeks ago so can't push too hard at the moment. It's only 45 miles, just with festival season and not being able to do much exercise at the moment I'm ...

Re: How do you mak Jagermeister refreshing?

Works well with anything cold, cola, lemonade, red bull, or even just by itself. Warm it's as grim as hell though. Don't drink soft drinks anymore though so rarely have it.

Re: Trivial Grumblings

Why the hell is the forum time an hour earlier than GMT for an English festival? Confusing as fuck.

Just posted this at 22:32, it's saying it's 21:32. Shit didn't happen before this ridiculous update.

Re: What pissed you off today

Four of us went to Stonehenge festival in Steenwijk, The Netherlands on Saturday from UK. Lineup was epic, Ingested, Master, Taake, Brujera, Vital Remains, Devin Townsend, Marduk, Nervosa. Was meant to be great, go down on Friday to Amsterdam, fest on Saturday and more partying in Amsterdam coming b...

Never getting enough bloody sleep and feeling unable to do anything requiring mental effort all day. Throws all my plans of getting loads of writing done today out the window. A whole day watching the ashes it is.

Re: What pissed you off today

Finally went to the doctor as the pain in my arm got no better after that fall off my bike 2 weeks back. He said I've fractured a bone in my elbow and has sent me for an x-ray. Fucking train delay and crappy buses taking the long way making getting to the hospital take forever - gonna have to make u...

Re: Trivial Grumblings

There is absolutely no need for it to cost 17 euros for Kari Rueslatten to ship her new album on vinyl from Norway to here. I refuse to pay 37 euros for a non limited/hard to get hold of single LP And I'll be in Holland when Anneke Van Giersbergen does a solo show in Holland, but it's several hours ...
