Usual stuff - Shorthanded + busy + IT Systems playing silly buggers + customers descending en masse once they smell the fear = Big D's shoulders & neck being a mass of knotted muscle and a rather disturbing desire to stick a powerdrill up somebody's nose.

They really ought to make pepper packets and salt packets different colours. Or make the writing bigger.

If we're getting into gender representation issues, I'll just point in the direction of how men are portrayed in most tv - sitcoms and soaps especially - and raise a quizzical eyebrow.
