Back on the ale thing, I've just been talking to Gabriel on MSN and apparently they had asked his mate for ID. So he showed the barmaid his driving licence and she served him!

What makes this amusing is the fact that his driving licence stated he was 17!

I also had trouble getting served when I tried to get Kev a beer! The barmaid didn't believe me when I told her I was over 18! Luckilly I only drank raspberry 55 as I was driving! - Honestly!
