Re: What has made you happy today

I asked my sister do redo my CV as I read hers and was bloody impressed. Gave a £20 incentive fee too. She's done a cracking job and I have just put myself on the first of several recruitment agencies. I tell you, all this recent productiveness is really starting to get me quite chuffed with myself ...

Re: What has made you happy today

PC is (basically) built. Awhryeah Yeah looks like I cannot avoid having a CD rom so I am going to cannibalise one out of one of the PCs in the house just so I can update the motherboard drivers and I still have the GPU to buy too but otherwise its all in the box and I kinda went back on my ideas of ...

Re: What's upset you?

The last chapter in this saga: All the lies have come to light. I called it from the outset, she moved me out of the way for this guy that she spends her late night gallivanting with. She lied to me and thought id never find out, but one of her mates is one of my best mates and she told me. This mat...

Re: What has made you happy today

Fair play Matty! I have done none of that really, I do tend to eat shit and have really no will power to change my eating habits but I think things will be different once I eventually move out (again). Oh and I have a beer quite often of late because my minds behaving like a dick and kinda needs som...

Re: What's upset you?

I don't really know if I am being irrational or whatever, but there is nothing going on between me and that girl, as much as I'd rather it had worked out another way, I didn't want to lose her as a friend, and I had a blast last week as two friends, and I met with her yesterday to familiarise her wi...

Re: Trivial Grumblings

Asked to come to work early, drop a car off in Brum. No one here to sign my vehicle off. Then I am just going around the corner to Maidstone this afternoon. Beginning of the end for me in this job. If I haven't found anything by December 31st I am quitting and going unemployed. Can you drive vans? ...

Re: What has made you happy today

I'm a stone lighter than I was in April which baring in mind I have done little to change my diet, still drink beer, and went two months with no gym (back now), I am dead chuffed with this.

Still work to do though, gym tonight!

Re: The Relationships Thread

Its not really affected me for a couple of years but the realisation that I have no one that completes me is properly getting to me of late. I used to think I would enjoy being single for a while and tell you the truth I fucking hate it. I also hate being on the cusp of being in one only to be told ...

Re: Trivial Grumblings

Fed up with everything to be honest. Been in a pretty shit mood for three days now. I think once I have bought everything that I need to buy for my PC, I am having time off. Need a week or two to myself. Focus my efforts on job/gf finding.

Re: What has made you happy today

Got everything apart from my GPU for the PC build now, fuck its been an emotional 8 months this build (don't laugh I don't earn enough to pay for it all in one go). Planning on building it Saturday week possibly excluding its 1070, but ill see what I need to budget for. Right now, everything I am go...
