Re: What has made you happy today
Got this done yesterday before the Judas Priest show. Been listening to Dark Fortress since I was 11, first metal band! https://scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpt1/v/t1.0-9/12311157_10207494465547349_7396969831509828569_n.jpg?oh=8c4120a149e68880d506850c91063e03&oe=56F5DA04

Re: What pissed you off today
Having my phone pickpocketed on Monday was a pisser. Sometime between checking it while waiting for my mate to buy me a pint during Anthrax and slayer starting.

Re: What pissed you off today
Ouch that sucks. I try and get e-tickets where possible now for that reason - lost an autopsy ticket back in 2012, and spent so long looking for it, the time I would have got to London I'd have missed them! Friend lost his bloodstock ticket on the day as well, had to spend out like £140 at the gates...

Re: Trivial Grumblings
^If you want cheap earphones I got some soundmagics from Richer Sounds for ten pounds. Nothing particularly special, but they're better than the cost, and I use them for listening outside the house, especially cycling. They're well over a year old now as well, most in ears usually break after about ...

Re: Trivial Grumblings
Writing an obituary for a friend that committed suicide the other day turned out to be harder than expected. How do you sum up someone's life in just a few sentences? That's horrible dude :( Fell off my bike, not once but twice at the weekend. First fall was pretty much a copy of the one I had a fe...

Re: What has made you happy today
My Bastard headache has mostly fucked off, just a little noticeable now, bottle of water should sort that out later . Finished at 5 ,got changed, cycled to station and on a train by 5:08. Might even have a chance of seeing what Herod are all about now, didn't think I'd make the start of Voivod! Got ...

Re: Trivial Grumblings
Woke up with a banging headache, and despite drinking water, taking ibuprofen and having breakfast I'm only getting worse. Feeling awful and dealing with a non-stop flow of people face to face (passed them the phone for housing repairs team for a minute) isn't helping. I hope I feel better because I...

Re: What has made you happy today
I've got an interview next week for a job I applied for with a different council. It's only a trainee position, and less money (only £17.1k down from 18.8k) so not the best thing I could get. But it would be fewer and more regular hours, and not involve dealing with the public. Where I am now my bos...

Re: What pissed you off today
Netherlands Death Fest giving into the liberal BS and taking Disma off the bill - for something one member of the non-political band unseriously said in an interview many years ago. Not fair to single them out and sets a bad precedence. Not that I would ever agree with anything he has said, but this...

Re: Trivial Grumblings
I've basically not been wide awake since about 2009, but lately it's gotten so much worse. I feel like I struggle to get through work, and then by the time I'm home I'm drained I can't do anything - read, write, play music, just feel like a total zombie. Like I WANT to write reviews, I WANT to read ...

Re: Trivial Grumblings
A tad intoxicated after the Taake gig on Friday, at some point between leaving the Dev and getting home I guess I managed to forget my e-reader was in my back-pocket and sat on it.
And they charge you to reserve books at the local libraries here. I spend half my time working in two of them damn it!

Mine neither. Hopes raised and dashed in a short fifteen seconds.
