Got 3 1/2 hours sleep before my 9am lecture. Had a gap before the next class so went home for nap. Slept straight through the next class and woke up at 5pm. This will not be good for getting to sleep tonight

Mostly what others said, but also 30 minutes of lifting is very low. I'd suggest a solid hour really, obviously the pace you're doing things matters, but only half an hour is definitely on the short side.
