Re: What made you Lol Today?

Currently having to assemble anti-Scottish independence stuff for my work experience, (I'm pro-Independence) the Better Together 'facts' are just straight-up hilarious. Completely unrelated. Out of curiosity is Codonas still chav-central in Aberdeen? I used to go there a lot when I was younger.

Re: The Wrestling Thread

 Love that sig.

Everytime I see Ricochet doing a double rotation moonsault I genuinely fear for his life. Looks like it could go wrong so easily.

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

I'd need a spotter. Not actually done it before proper if I'm being totally honest! My mate who goes to the same gyme is of the Mark Rippetoe school of weight training which doesn't focus on benching as much as deadlift or squats, owing to it being less functional or somesuch, but I guess gains mad...

Also been using my weighted vest which has definitely been a worthwhile purchase. Out of interest, what sort of workout music do people...

Re: The Relationships Thread

I've been with my girlfriend for five years and we met through work. Though I do admit, it helps when one of you is the boss :D . My boyfriend was my boss, though we've both gone to different jobs now. I think workplace relationships can work if, as others have said, it's kept professional. When yo...
