Re: What's upset you?

I'll just agree with what everyone else said Moo, I don't have much to add because I've been going through that whole thing of who I am when I'm around people and who I actually am yadda yadda for the best part of 10 years. I'm fairly sure I've got it nailed down at the moment. But on the other han...

Re: What's upset you?

Exactly! At the end of the day I am who I am! If people like me then cool if not, that's also cool! You'll just be chasing you own tail trying go be who you think people think you are. It's taken me nearly twenty years to learn that but hell it's true shit right there, I've lived and learned!

Re: What's upset you?

I will do my best to keep smiling and being the goofy character people seem to know me as. Just make sure you don't try too hard to be someone you're not. If you're smiling and goofy because that's who you are, then great. If you're doing it because that's who you think people want you to be, then ...

Re: What's upset you?

Realised I didn't speak to anyone for nearly five hours. Doing the withdrawing thing isn't good but it's better than snapping and taking it out on others. Really concerned at the minute. It doesn't help having stuff going round my head. I feel like going up to a cave and staying there at the minute.

Re: What's upset you?

Just so you know Moo, you're important to a lot of us in the Bloodstock world. Try to remember that. Davros, good on you for venting. That kind of thing is really difficult to deal with, and I'm sort of in a similar position to you. My turn to have a bit of a blow: For a couple of years now, Bloods...

Re: What's upset you?

That's perfectly normal by the sounds of it to me, and if it wasn't, nothing to judge you for. Y'know what, I rang my grandfolks to say thanks because they gave me £100 for my birthday, which I was not expecting and the most they've ever given me. My granddad picked up the phone, asked very clearly...

Re: What's upset you?

Right, I'm going for it! I've never been a happy happy person. And I have had problems with mood swings. A lot of it to with my situation as a result of illness. It has been worse recently and especially post Bloodstock I'm trying to keep it in check by planning things like Wacken. That helps, but I...

Re: What's upset you?

Debating weather to post something that's seriously messing with my head. All though I'm still kind of unsure but I really need to vent. The debate with myself is doing my head in more than what's screwing me up. Arrrrggh!!! *head/iPad,head/ipad*!

Re: Computer Games Thread

The thing about destiny is that in terms of its gameplay its a lot better than most of the grindy RPGs I've played, but I only really go on for the weekly nightfall strike now. They're changing a lot with the taken king but I still don't fancy £40 for an expansion. Got rare replay on Xbox one, play...

Re: What's upset you?

Thank you so much all of you for your posts of support. It really means so, so much. I will do my best to keep smiling and being the goofy character people seem to know me as. Cheers guys xx Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. But, glad you had a largely good time at Bloodstock. Fests are a s...

Re: Computer Games Thread

Really loving Saints Row 4 even though it's mental! Kind of annoyed that I'm yet to play a game that's exclusive to the PS4. It's funny to think that the PS3 and Xbox 360 are near enough ten year old consoles. If you go back a few generations. That's like expecting AAA games that were being released...

Re: Computer Games Thread

Decided to hold for Saints Row 4. I found it for £12 on Amazon! As I say, I'm paying catch up. Got it during the christmas/new year sale for £3.74 I believe :P Was tempted by Wolfenstein, but just couldn't justify it when I have so many games to play. Very much the same here, but I also can't run i...
