Re: What pissed you off today
Trying to book a hotel for Damnation and despite the Premier Inn website making a massive deal about paying in advance, the site won't let me because my card expires a month before we are actually staying there! It's valid now dammit!

No more Bumdrug? Wahey! I always feel a little guilty whenever I get something from there - like I'm funding your pain.

Re: What pissed you off today
Considering a career change to an agricultural agent so I can get paid a lot of money to be utterly incompetent and disorganised and everyone will just think that is normal.

You'd probably want something better than what they sell in Poundland. This stuff that they sell in Hobbycraft is pretty decent but almost certainly cheaper elsewhere: http://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/smiffys-fx-white-face-paint/604409-1005 Try Googling "body paint" as well for some really good...

Re: What made you Lol Today?
Every year I drive past the Creamfields festival and I always see kids heading to the campsite dragging suitcases behind them in the mud. Does this happen at Boa? I've seen a few people with suitcases at BOA. Not the most practical thing when going though a muddy field but I guess it is better for ...

Fruit juice with bits in should be legally required to have a warning on the side stating this.

Re: Trivial Grumblings
I just love it when people ring up to say one thing and then go on five minute rants about other government departments, schemes I have nothing to do with and the broadband coverage in Devon. Yes, all of those things are shit but there's nothing either of us can do about it!

Re: Wacken ban bags, BOA seem to be considering it?
A caliphate may seem attractive to many but in practicality, it is unworkable. Well it existed within the last century so I don't see why it should be seen as impossible now- the Ottoman Caliphate was only dissolved in 1924 after all. Granted Jewish and Christian minorities lived rather peacefully ...

Re: Wacken ban bags, BOA seem to be considering it?
You both seem to be basing these predictions of a Muslim controlled state on the idea that a good section of the 1.6 billion Muslims on the planet will be able to cooperate with each other, put aside historical grudges and be able to agree on a single interpretation of Islam that they will enforce u...

I shouldn't really lol but you know when someone you know gets engaged and you immediately can see a high chance of it going horribly wrong? That. This girl I used to work with got engaged on Saturday which was her birthday. So far so normal but: 1. It was her 20th birthday and she is not mature for...

Re: Wacken ban bags, BOA seem to be considering it?
I thought it was always full of political correct morons personally. Or do people forget we've had threads calling for bands to be banned from the festival because they were offensive in someway? Or calling for bands and gigs to be boycotted because of their political views. Hardly a sign of ...
