finishing work friday morning getting 3ish hours sleep then picking up my kids for the night ..getting to sleep at midnight ish last night waking up at 4am this morning and knowing im at work 10pm tonight untill 7am tomorrow and ive got someone coming to see me midday sunday till the evening .. hehe...

putting on COC - Wiseblood for the first time in about 9 YEARS and remembering how feckin ace it is .. in fact not even remembering as i wasnt overly impressed with it originally hence the 9 year listening gap.

spending since monday in Gosport with the kids and a load of family(like 30 of them) kids playing in the sea collecting stones and shells.. bloody great .... and it was fooking hot too!!!!
