Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

We scored 3! Last time we even scored 2 was 16 games ago! We might actually have woken up just in time to get some momentum to make next season worth paying attention to, unlike this one

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

Genuinely been flirting on and off with reaching a 6-pack lately. Moving back to building muscle for a month or 2 then going all out toning for the summer. :) Smashing personal bests all over the place. Gone from max 3-rep at 75 to 5 repping 85kg for Bench press, max 1 rep at 110 to two at 125kg fo...

Re: The Relationships Thread

Abusive relationships are more likely to stay together. One side of the partnership is manipulated into staying and it all goes to shit while every outside party watches it burn down to the ground without the fire ever going out. It's no worth comparing anything to that. . . . . . . . . . . :...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

that leaves us just with Karl Darlow (bungling cack-handed buffoon we got from Notts Forest) I find it interesting how keepers go through good and bad phases. Lee Camp was absolutely brilliant when we first had him, helped us significantly into the play offs twice then it slowly went down the shitt...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

Not forgetting the large change in lineup after a lot of Germany's players retired from international football after they'd won the World Cup

Re: What's freaking you out?

Not warm enough yet, still only about 2/3 degrees in the mornings, then there's the horrible cold but sunny time around 11 where parts of the body are cold but others are sweaty because of the sun on them. :(

So tempted to do the same but only signed up recently so there's still a lot I'd watch first.

Re: Computer Games Thread

Finally got into Far Cry, playing 3 and already bought the Gold Edition of 4. That fucking moment when I finally got hold of some boars so I could hold more than a pitiful handful of ammo at once was glorious, even if I had to battle through tigers and leopards to get there. Im likely to dnf the fi...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

I don't even know what that's supposed to mean :? Didn't watch the match then? The goalie let the ball fall below his body. If that's not dodgy then I don't know what is. I should hope I did as I was there. What? Being in a stadium means you understand goalkeeping better? As someone who's willingly...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

Yeah exactly. Arsenal had more possession against Man United, and Leicester only had the most possession in a game this season for the 3rd or 4th time on Saturday. Possession is just one of many statistics yes, if anyone can check the stats on which 3rd of the pitch the ball was during the game I'd...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

Gotta say I feel Liverpool deserved it today. Sturridge was crap at taking his chances, but Man City were constantly throwing away the ball and were barely putting on any real pressure throughout the whole 120 mins, along with Sterling and Aguero squandering their own chances ofc. That said they di...
