Re: Recent Photos of Yourself

If Scotland becomes independent would they still be granted access to the UK without passport checks? And whilst we're talking travel is there an equivalent airport to Heathrow in Scotland or do they lose that too?

Re: Recent Photos of Yourself

Stealing shit, we subsidise your sorry asses! In the case of Scotland, at least, this doesn't actually appear to be true, despite some scare mongering stories in the press. I like how they want to be free of trident, free of the label of being a part of the UK, free of the responsibility of the deb...

Re: Recent Photos of Yourself

Apparently the date refers to Hengest and Horsa landing, and them leading the Anglo Saxons. I'm not sure on the story, but weren't they responsible for the start of the Saxon reign and establishing of the kingdoms, and the idea of unified England? I might be wrong, as googling doesn't seem to give ...

Re: movies

Oh I know, this is why I knew I'd love Pacific Rim as soon as I learned the monsters were going to be called "Kaijus" in the film. Plus yes for Godzilla fighting everything. Gamera should be there too for added lulz. There are some differences between them and the Kaiiju of the Godzilla f...

Re: movies

I heard there was to be a pacific rim film by the same production team (including Del Toro as director) set to have a crossover with Godzilla. Godzilla vs Kaiju or Godzilla vs Jaeger? I AM FUCKING THERE. Actually Godzilla is a Kaiiju himself...the term entered into cinema history in the 50's becaus...

Re: movies

It'll be interesting to see what Ron Perlman's career will involve now that he's not in Sons of Anarchy anymore. A third Hellboy movie hopefully. I gave up on Sons of Anarchy after forcing myself to the end of season 1. Pacific Rim was an awful film, I don't care if he's in any potential sequel bec...

Re: What has made you happy today

(This is Annabel - cba logging out) Walked out of work this evening in a fit of rage and told them if things don't change I won't be coming back. Cue phonecall from the deputy manager, and as I was expecting to get a bollocking I was pretty happy to find they're pretty fucking desperate to keep me ...

5-2 fuck you CSKA and your racist fuckwit fans.

Oh and it was good to see that despite Young blatantly cheating his way to a penalty United still couldn't get a lead.

Re: movies

Saw the new riddick film, enjoyed the other two...which was handy as it's basically exactly the same film as the first one.
