If you are a vegan you can cook all sorts of beans and pulses from scratch in 15-20 minutes if you have a pressure cooker. Also very good for cheap cuts of meat.

Nobody has mentioned the Open Uni- lots of courses start in Feb and you can work and study and build up points and then go to uni.....ps I was 15 years older than my classmates!! I sort of became a mentor by osmosis

I've just finished season 2 of Breaking Bad- better late than never I say- I wish I didn't find it so funny because it is so serious......
