Re: What has made you happy today

Atmosphere at Christie Park in the second half this afternoon was top notch, just like before Xmas. Great that my little brother was in the thick of it during the chants too, not much more annoying than a bored 7 year old showing you up

You should be glad you support a team with the financial backing to compete at that level. Some of us are glad to flirt with mid-table safety!

Some of us are ecstatic to be in the Football League

Re: What pissed you off today

Nightshift didn't turn up last night so I had to spend all day doing the delivery, not a great way to spend my first day back after a beautiful week off

Re: What pissed you off today

Got a cheeky note from my colleagues telling me to do stuff they frankly couldn't be arsed to do which took up most of my morning. Went up for my afternoon brew in time for the final scores and was amazed that Morecambe were winning 2-0 away at Darlington. After 83 minutes they pull back a goal and ...

Re: What has made you happy today

The site for the new Morecambe stadium coming online...good to hear that unless anyone makes a significant enough objection and the council deem it worthy, construction can commence in early June. Will be sad to leave Christie Park which my grandad spent a lot of time at when he lived in Morecambe b...

Re: What pissed you off today

My throat is playing up a bit of late. It feels like I have something permanently caught at the back of my throat. Know that feeling, like it's a small, sharp bit of plastic :x What pissed me off was feeling like crap yesterday...it wasn't even a full hangover, just a girly excuse for one. As a res...

Re: What pissed you off today

Since trying to get to sleep last night, every 10 minutes I've been obsessing over whether the people in work today will actually do the minimum required work. In total it would take me about 5 hours, they've 14 hours between them and I bet it won't have been completed. I hate to be so fussy and pro...

Re: What has made you happy today

And Morecambe actually managing to score after about 2 months. We've got your lot in the reserves league cup final. Too bad that for some mad reason it's at Christie Park. Something a bit more central and I'd have gone. Wembley, Wembley, we're the famous Morecambe FC and we're going for t'Wembley i...

Re: What pissed you off today

The schedules at work were fucked around with a total lack of communication, so there was no one in yesterday evening. As a result the back room looks like an absolute bloody shed. Still, hopefully that's the worst it'll be for the next 3 weeks so if we get our gumption up we can sort it all out.

Re: What pissed you off today

Tescos ... there was such a ridiculous amount of people there today ... mostly buying flowers for Mothers Day. I couldn't even be arsed to do my shopping. Picked up the bare essentials, paid and left! Shop at Sainsbury's. For me, last night not living up to the undoubted potential it had and having...
