Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

Ah how could I forget the nausea? Yeah that was a killer as well. It was maybe a week or two of feeling like a space cadet, the nausea left after about a week or so, same for headaches etc. Basically you're going through withdrawl when you start coming off them so your body isn't used to it. Sounds ...

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

Anyone have any experience in coming off of citalopram? Having some pretty bad withdrawals right now and it'd be helpful if I could chat to anyone about it! Thankfully they're only physical symptoms, not mental, but they still fucking suck. Right here. I did the silly thing and went cold turkey whi...

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

Been eating so much healtheir than I was before (I wasn't exactly unhealthy but hey) and hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. Down to 16.8% body fat while maintaining my weight so chuffed at that. Booking a couple of sessions with a PT to give me an extra push.

Re: What pissed you off today

I'm hungover, I'm in doing overtime and I'm the only one. My blood sugars are through the roof and what I'm working on is proving to be more of a dick than anticipated!

Re: Computer Games Thread

I hardly have time for games in general now to be honest, I can't really spend more than a hor or so playing stuff which with modern games is no time to sink your teeth into anything.

Re: Computer Games Thread

Agree with the Legion posts, love the fact you can choose where to level therefore eliminating pvp camping and quest items being farmed. Love being back in Dalaran, Shadow Priests are fun to play again. Zones are lush as anything. Good job so far Blizz...good job

Any Rogues? Thoughts on Outlaw spec?

Questions to Other Forumers

I seem to remember there being a thread before for asking questions about general stuff/advice to other forum members, maybe there still is an I'm just being an unholy tit. So here's mine. Corpse Paint. Advice? Basically I'm toying with an idea of doing a more war paint-esque idea for Farseer, it mi...

If he asks you, politely decline and say you're not interested. If he asks why curl into a ball and roll away.

Managed another Spartan race. 5k my arse. Closer to 9, up colossal hills near Edinburgh, some absolutely brutal challenges and a complete Nazi burpee watcher.

I have a million bruises, several scraps and cuts but it was totally worth it!
