Incredible final race of the British Touring Car Championship. Shedden needing to finish 6th to win the championship, starts 20th on the grid... then only goes and finishes 4th! Intense stuff. Could barely breathe. Never felt like that during a F1 race.

Went to a fairly busy town centre at lunch time yesterday while the market was on. Only saw three people with carrier bags - everyone else was using those shopping trolley things, bags for life or jute bags. It was pretty amazing to see.
