Re: Vicky's Gone Then
Well north sea storm & metaldinosaur, y'all seem weirdly obsessed with strangers' genitals. I'm concerned with being forced to lie. It's a genuine concern. It's not a lie if you don't know the truth so unless you've carried out some sort of intimate inspection of all your acquaintances then all...

Re: Vicky's Gone Then
The idea that using someone's preferred pronoun is lying interesting perspective that I'd not considered before and entirely disagree with. For me it's more a lie than using someone's preferred nickname. The perception of sexuality and the physical response to it is a base mechanism. I do not feel ...

Re: Vicky's Gone Then
Whilst Vicky of course doesn't deserve direct abuse or threats (correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen any such content), this is very different to receiving criticism or reading the opinions other people have about her character based on the way she presents herself on social media, which she ...

Re: Vicky's Gone Then
This situation is not a simple one. I work with a number of people who identify as trans. I refer to them as the they wish to be referred. I do this for mostly empathetic reasons. However, it is very complex situation, and I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing for them or anyone. Am I being kind or...

Re: Vicky's Gone Then
She was stupid to say something like that in these insane times. I think Vicky should have stood her ground, but I understand why she didn't. The rest of the family decided to (outwardly) stab her in the back because the business is more important than making a show of loyalty. This is the world we ...

The only 2 I would have wanted.
Re: Moonspell

It keeping coming. Oh dear. I wasn't the biggest fan overall but ZZ top was one of the first 'heavy...ish' bands I was drawn to as a kid. The beards are a cornerstone memory, just like kiss's makeup and Ozzy in the bark at the moon video. RIP.
