Re: What has made you happy today

Dove deep conditioning shampoo :3 My hair seemed so fucked yesterday after curling it but 60 seconds of that shit and I can't stop stroking it! SO shiny.

I've never given a mate a present for birthdays or Christmas. A pint yes, but not a present.

Giving people presents for birthday or christmas is pretty standard...

I saw a stretcher thing with a full body bag on it being wheeled out of a house in Banbury D: Hope it was nothing gruesome.

Re: What has made you happy today

I'm back home for a couple of days (my first nights spent away from Chris since moving to Chester D: ), then it's my birthday tomorrow, then I have to work one day on Wednesday which marks the end of my notice period...then I have a week of holidaying with Chris. Fuck yeah. Also weighed myself today...

Re: The Pissflaps Thread: Discussions about Pissflaps

I have the Shine one and it literally does work miracles. I can use shit shampoo and no conditioner but spray that on and BAAAAAM super shiny hair. Aussie's probably the one product I'm always willing to pay a bit more for.

Re: What pissed you off today

I've just signed a contract that says I'm willing to do more than 40, there's no maximum. I'm glad you guys agree with me, it reassures me slightly :) but yeah, getting some bar work or something before I figure out my next step is my plan. It seems like all the chefs, plus Chris (I guess cos he's a...

Re: What pissed you off today

Horrible day today. Told work I wasn't going in today or tomorrow because I have a kidney infection and also that I can't handle the hours so I wanted to hand in a months' notice. Head chef had a go at me for fucking everyone around (his actual words) and said I have to leave by the 10th July. I now...

Re: The Relationships Thread

Gave my notice today. I'm not sad about leaving the job, fucking hate it, but I am worried about the implications it might have on my relationship :( Chris always says the one thing that really helps us to work is that we both have ridiculous chef hours but the hours are the reason I can't hack the ...

Yeah, I fucking loved Lego as a kid, I think it's pretty gender neutral. If not a standard baby doll thing always goes down well, as opposed to Barbies, Bratz which as you say all look like hookers.

Re: What has made you happy today

Last week at work I was coming home in tears due to the hours and intense pressure etc etc, I was about to write up my notice until Chris persuaded me otherwise. This week has been awesome in comparison, I finally feel like I'm making progress and could actually achieve something. It's nice feeling ...
