Re: Possible Improvements to the New Blood Stage

I thought the New Blood Stage had some excellent bands on for a change- then I prefer extreme metal especially Death metal. Re: The Headliner Prediction Thread

Behemoth could very well be one headliner.
If they go for the older generation on the Sunday could be any of
Thin Lizzy
Venom
Rush
Anvil
Spinal Tap (12 anyone?)
Whitesnake
Deep Purple
Kiss
Iron Butterfly

Re: The Book thread

Just finished Skagheads Irvine Welsh's prequel to Trainspotting. It's hilarious. (And...Filth is on Netflix so will be watching that again- it follows closely to the book) Michael Crichton's State of Fear is a good read. American Gangster- short stories by Mark Jacobson (based on his work for newspa...

Re: The Book thread

Having just returned from the bowel movement thread I was reminded of what a very funny book Skagheads by Irvine Welsh is- it's a prequel to Trainspotting. All his books are good- someone told me that he lives with the people he writes about when researching- I think that he just adds a touch of sur...

Hell on Wheels was good anyone watching Klondike- is it any good?
