It's a right weird time in my life lately, I feel like I'm going through a total identity crisis on who/what I am, coupled with how things just seem to be piling up and and up and it's making me extremely unhappy - and I imagine very, very hard to be around. Exhausted and feel lke I could sleep forever but WOW such a good day. Arrived at my trial shift, did usual prep work, making cakes etc. The head chef then approaches me asking to make some kind of cake and some biscuits. Of course I forgot my recipe book, so I had to improvise and produce some lame...

Made a real effort to ask the Leeds College of Music students and OT if it was OK for me to get involved in their music group with the patients today. Didn't occur to me that I'd be sat having to awkwardly sing and wave my hands about to Elvis and Abba with them staring at me like the fucking moron...
