Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
Couple of things: 1. General fitness is definitely improving Doing three major weight sessions a week (Push, Pull and Legs) and I'm already seeing benefits in muscles and energy. my 6am runs aren't crippling me nearly as much as they did before. 2. I think I've narrowed down Sulphur burps to a massi...

Final Fantasy XV is a bit alright then. I can see why people have been griping about it (A lot of the side quests are simple go there, kill that/find that) and travel can be a bit of a pain. But so far it's beautiful world, combat is fun and fluid although I have found myself shouting "Stop dyi...

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
I've really not been on a high ab workout, I've started beasting it recently but this issue has been happening for a while. I can mainly attribute it to the increase in protein and my body basically going "what the fuck are you putting into me?!"

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
My PT has advised on general calorie/protein/carb/fat intake per day. Obviously not an exact science but I'm struggling to hit the protein mark. On top of that my stomach issues that went away are unfortunately returning. My diet wasn;t exactly shit but over the past few weeks I;ve increased protein...

Re: Computer Games Thread
Legion is the most fun I've had in WoW for a long time, end game content is fairly huge as opposed to "Just do dungeons now scrub" - The order halls are quite cool although you being the champion of your order is diminished slighty by 50 other people with the same title. That said as an Ou...
