Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... ME.

The Poppies used to be one of my favourite bands in the early 90's. The mid 00's reformation gigs were great little trips of nostalgia but but this latest incarnation doesn't interest me at all. To me it was always about Clint and if I'm honest, Graham was just the annoying little side kick anyway.

Just finally got round to buying Powerwolf with Amaranthe in London.
Also purchased my Warhorns ticket last week and just found out Hate are playing in London next month so will purchase that next week probs.

Expensive month on the back of Grave Digger and Kreator tickets.

Last night I bought a Kreator/Dimmu Borgir ticket. I also looked into buying a Halestorm ticket but frustratingly their entire UK tour has been sold out since the start of June. Anything on the resale sites is at least double the original price of the ticket. Disgraceful. I've known about the tour since it was announced but had to hold off on buying a ticket as I've been tight on money recently and didn't know where I'd be living for a while. In hindsight I should have bought one anyway. Very pissed off about this.

The last ticket I've bought isn't even for a metal band... It's for the concert of the French punk band Tagada Jones in Lille in November.

This morning I bought a standing ticket for Nightwish's Wembley Arena show. They were so damn good on Sunday that I want to see the show again.
