I will be revisiting my brief teenage emo phase at the start of December by seeing Thursday play 'War All The Time' in full at the Electric Brixton. Got a ticket this morning.

I just got a ticket for Killswitch Engage's Birmingham show in October. After a twelve-and-a-half year wait I will finally see them headline again.

This year I seem to be seeing all the bands I listened to when I was a teenager: Alexisonfire, Thursday, Killswitch Engage and Thrice (although I've seen them a bunch of times in the last few years).

Looks like they cancelled on the day I got the ticket. Shit. I'm not the world's biggest fan, but Its the 3rd time I've missed seeing them, for whatever reason it just doesn't pan out.

Thanks for the heads up though, I will contact the corporation for a refund.
