Baden in Blut Festival on the German/Swiss border.

Not been before but looks nice little festival, few thousand I think, one stage. One evening and one full day end of July. Return flights to Basel for 50 quid, festival ticket 57 quid.

Finally seeing Bodyfarm and Sulphur Aeon. Then throw in Destruction, Soilwork, Rotting Christ, primordial, suicidal Angels, Necrophobic, Demonical and striker and I’m happy.

That sounds sick. I'm jealous you get to see Sulphur Aeon.

It's really starting to piss me off that so many good bands aren't playing the UK at the moment.

Yeah, know what you mean. Since I moved from Yorkshire at the start of 2018 I’m definitely getting to see loads more bands in London than I would in Manchester or Leeds,
It’s frustrating that a lot of the smaller bands are still skipping the UK. Even Hammerfall seemed to have now started leaving us out. I tend to try and go abroad for my fests anyway as the line ups are much better for me but appreciate it might not be as easy for everyone to just skip across to Europe for a gig/fest for a few days

Blimey you're edging towards a gig every two weeks now on average.
