I know what you mean about the news being out of date. My mate buys Classic Rock and he's telling me news that is months old as he doesn't have t'internet. Bless.

I had a quick look at Terrorizer in Smiffs library the other day whilst waiting for a train and was shocked at how thin it was. It remained on the shelf.

I think Terrorizer are having problems,the subscribers issues were a couple of months behind at one point,and this moths edition should have been in the shops weeks ago,I've read it since issue two but I'm going to cancel it,it says less about my life every issue

Terrorizer, isn't sure what it is any more ZT has taken the most extreme position and iron fist is 'true metal' n' stuff. Rizer has been trying to find an identity for ages, and losing readers like me in the process. It's a shame.

Terrorizer, Iron Fist and sometimes Metal Hammer - IF was not around when this thread started though and would be even better with a free CD!

Classic Rock as I get a yearly subscription as part of my Xmas presents. However, I read more online these days.

Metal Hammer occasionally.

Nearly collapsed when in Smiths library yesterday. Iron Maiden was on the cover of Kerrang!

Maiden never really fell out of favour with K! though, unlike the other trad bands which they really put the boot into.

I used to have a subscription to Metal Hammer back in the day. Got lots out of it, even won tickets to the Fear Factory end of tour party once. I used to buy Raw, Kerrang and MetalEdge relatively frequently too. I stopped buying all of these on any regular basis when they started featuring 'The Prodigy' and the like (90's). I moved on to buying the occasional Terrorizer and Zero Tolerance mag. Nowadays I only buy an issue if I'm utterly bored at an airport or such like. If I'm lucky I might find 1% worth reading. The internet has spoiled me - I can tailor my own news-cycle as I see fit

I've picked up a few Powerplays over the last few years.

Iron Fist (when it gets published)
Zero Tolerance (long term subscriber, and really appreciate the CDs)
Terrorizer (If I'm after a read while out and about !)

Why is this thread still here? The poll was started 8 years ago, surely conclusive results have been obtained now?
