Really? We got mediocre scousers Deadline on that tour for the London date. I saw Martin supporting Manowar some years earlier with Sabbat, but never with Skyclad.

It does surprise me that so many members of the Bloodstock forum didn't see Martin's final gig with Skyclad,at Bloodstock in 2001.

All the cool kids went to Gama Bomb. 'Twas a good night, was talking to Gama Bomb later on in The Swan mainly about Metal Church.

So the pub isn't even advertising gigs which are actually on in there. Found out about it from Dave.

Pfft! Never been cool, don't want to be :P
I only know about it because Scott told me on Friday meself.

Quireboys were good fun last night. Great venue and a good turn out bodes well for gigs in Chester.

Next week: Saxon/Stormzone and Monster Magnet/Church of Misery

Monster Magnet were superb tonight, played the new album in full then a few older tunes - being the 6th time seeing them, wasn't bothered about the amount of new tunes, particularly as it was my favorite of last year

Next: Graveltones on the
28th
