Yeah, that's one of the reasons I consider Venom inc. to be more of a 'genuine' Venom band than Venom themselves. At least Mantas was an original member and it was he and Abaddon who created the band, designed the logo and wrote the early songs. When Abaddon was in Venom inc. as well it was far more Venom than the Cronos and friends version around nowadays!

I'm really enjoying the first new Finntroll album in 7 years. Reminiscent of their first two albums, a lot more ferocious whilst still retaining that Finntroll 'bounce'.

Heathen's new album 'Empire of the Blind' is cracking. Some good old school Thrash with bits of very cool lead guitar.

But Cronos' bass and vocals is what made the first 4 albums so amazing.

Honestly, I'm happy with two versions of Venom. To me it's like a double does of Venom.

Ward XVI's new album, Metamorphosis, is bloody brilliant.

The new Hellripper and Spirit Adrift tracks are both awesome.

Very excited about their upcoming albums.

The debut album by Fires in the Distance is fantastic. It's called Echoes from deep November. Not sure what they are, I guess sort of doomy death. Their music has a really call plinky piano noise going on in the background which sounds fairly original.

They're a local band for me over here and, yeah, they totally stepped up their game since I last saw them live more than 7 years ago. I hope to see them live again so I can buy all these great new CDs they've been releasing.

Nice. There seems to be a lot of good stuff coming out of Canada at the moment.

This weekend has seen awesome releases from Hellripper and Necrophobic. Good Times for new metal at the moment, just a shame the bands can't tour these great records.

I’m digging the two new tracks from insidious disease. Their first album in 10 years drops at the end of October. Got it on pre order with Benedictions new one on Friday. Still waiting for Necrophobic in the post.
The new Six feet under album surprised me in how good the production is despite Barnes’ voice being shot to bits these days. Still always get their albums though.

New album by a band called Plague Years is a decent thrash album.

Debut from Warlung, sounds like a a radio-friendly alt rock band from 2005 trying their hand at Psych Rock/Old School Doom Metal, not sure what to think of it but it's def caught my attention!

That comment can be read very diffferently than what was meant.
