That's got to be one of the best ones. Also, Joseph's Well was one of my regular as a young'un, it is missed.

Parkway Drive at The Junction in York around 2006 I think. I also saw Amon Amarth supporting Dimmu Borgir in Nottingham around the same time.

Nottingham Rock City was 2007. I also saw Amon Amarth at the Indoor in 2005.

Do Lamb of God count as big? I saw them support Slayer (obviously) at the Astoria in 2003 around the time of "As the Palaces Burn"

Lamb of god are pretty huge imo but then I have always really liked their stuff and seen them all over the place ...(see their facebook page it's got nearly 4 million followers if you go by that sort of thing)

Yeah, that's why it's weird that I saw Lamb of God open for The Haunted who were followed by Dimmu Borgir and Cannibal Corpse. Just a small stage and nobody really knew who they were.

But you know who I would really like to see back in the day before they become the band that they did? Pink Floyd. I'd love to jump in a time machine to the late 60's, drop some acid, and see The Pink Floyd experience. But now I'm just changing the topic I think.

Buck Rogers!!!

Nightwish 2003 at The Mean Fiddler London - Didnt actually see much at all!

Limp Bizkit (a few weeks before they went massive) supporting Soulfly at The Foundry Sheffield 1998. They were garbage though I do enjoy them now.

Papa Roach at The Barfly London, must have been about 2003. Cant remember if they were already big by then and that that was just a warm up show.
Cradle Of Filth 1998 at The Sheffield Corporation - I fell asleep half way through having worked a night shift in London

Behemoth at The Garage London 2009 supporting Devildriver, with Suicide Silence.

Dimmu Borgir at The Garage London 1999.

Architects 2009 and Sabaton 2011 at Hammerfest in Prestatyn.

I cant wait for gigs to be back.

Yeah, but what bands on big stages have you seen when they were just a bar band playing to 15 people when nobody knew who they were?
