God yeah K9 was the worst. People talk about Tom Baker being the best era but he didn't half have some crap gimmicks

Tom Baker's first 4 series were the best of Doctor Who. It went downhill in his second half.

I used to love K-9 when I was a kid.
But I used to love Leela more, even though I didn't quite know why at the time...

Just seen the first episode of Game of Thrones. My sister had it on and I was feeling too lazy to leave the room. It's still awful.

18/07- Metalbrew, London

Dr Who was atrocious this week. Considering this was written by the guy who writes Luthor, I think he should stick with that. One of the worst episodes in a long time. The CGI, while good at times, was excessive, over the top and at points pretty awful. The story felt forced and painful to watch. I pretty much just fast forwarded through after 15 mins. Im really dreading the other episode this guy wrote as Luthor is a fantastic show.

The second episode of Game of Thrones is pretty good. I won't say anymore as I doubt many others will see it 'til later tonight at the earliest.

New GoT was better than last weeks.

Looking forward to what they're gonna do with Arya's story in a week or so.

Well whaddayaknow? A decent episode of Shameless!
Not without its problems. The secondary story was crap, and turning the kinky WPC into a love-struck nutter at the end was not only pathetic but utterly infuriating.
Still, a 6/10 episode is still better than the sequence of 2/10 ones the show has been all series.

i normally love Shameless, but the series last year was so awful i havent even bothered with this series. i'll prob wait for the final episode for the 'big reunion' which will inevitably be disappointing.
