I wasn't upset, I just wasn't sure if they were being serious or not o.o and yeah i've had people push me and try and start a fight because they presume i'm a guy which is pretty scary considering I have limited vision through the eyes.

I know which CSI episode you mean, I haven't seen it but it's kinda famous with furries for giving a complete wrong impression of the 'fandom'. Even though me and my boyfriend are both furries we just do a lot of charity work and it's something we really enjoy. I think it's a really important thing to have some of the same hobbies if you're dating, especially if they're as 'different' as that one! I can't image most people would be perfectly fine with their other half springing that on them!

If I was in a relationship and my Mrs dressed like Bungle i'd be out the door

If she dressed like Catwoman however, well it could be interesting :o

Why? She'd still be the same person. Why does it matter how she dresses? I don't agree with all of the choices my other half makes when it comes to clothing, for example. But in the greater scheme of things, it's insignificant. That remains true even were it something more outlandish like wearing a furry costume.

Why's it weird? It's not my cup of tea, but each to their own like. What is it you don't like about the idea of it?

According to many in society, I'm a weirdo who dresses in black and has long hair for no apparently good reason.

And i'm sure you don't give a shit either, i personally could not be with someone that dressed like Bungle, it's weird, it's freaky, it creeps me out

If that makes me a bad person so be it, at least i'm honest

And offensive, while you're at it. Some tact would be nice.

Read the rest of the thread first, i'm not attacking anyone on here, I was asked a question, i'm answering it

That lass is fine enough in her own skin to chat about it and as I said earlier, if others can't deal with it that's their problem as long as she's happy with who she is, me personally I wouldn't find it easy to deal with, would find it weird and creepy, simple as that

She certainly doesn't need people fighting her battles for her, she's perfectly capable of doing that herself

This whole furry business is news to me, but I've met a genuine one of these guys. He kept asking me to wear my hair in pigtails. :(

This dude was a paedophile, which added the more sinister edge.
