I thought that it was more painfully self-aware of the shows fanbase so it made me giggle for a bit.
If I like it, It's probably awful.

I liked Sherlock. I don't think the death reveal was the real one but another red herring as it just seemed a little far fetched. On a whole, the episode was more of a set up for the new villain as opposed to the bomb plot. Again, everyone was expecting the earth and obviously ended up disappointed.

Mad Dogs - worse ever ending to what was a great tv show.

Catching up with Dexter is turning into a chore because of all of the inconsistencies popping up.

You only need Dexter Seasons 1-4.

A few standalone episodes here and there aside, everything after is just a crippling disappointment.
And the ending?
Don't get me started on the ending.

Re-pilot: Somewhat tedious, felt slow and a bit directionless until the end, basically just a series of one-liners and quick back-and-forths, some were good, others were okay, one or two were bad. Still better than most sitcoms on TV, but if the whole show was like this I never would have watched it all. Also 'You found my Clive Owen Tumblr' was hilarious. 6/10

Introduction to Teaching: An improvement, certainly. Felt closer to season 1 than anything, which is good although the lack of Pierce to me means they'll never quite have that again. Jonathan Banks was good, although I'm not sure his character ws written all that well, although from the cartooning onward I was completely on board with his character. Some jokes did fall flat for me, like the Annie Jeff Teacher Student role-reversal, it just seemed a bit obvious and old, and the Dean learning Excel wasn't really funny enough for them to keep bringing it up. All in all, this episode was a VAST improvement on most of what Season 3 AND Season 4 had to offer. It was good to see Troy and Abed were still treated more seriously like they were in Season 4, and straying away from the bizarre ivory wig dreamatorium Inspector Spacetime weirdos that they were in Season 3. Better than the last episode 7.5/10

New Community was a pretty great comeback actually. I also liked how season 4 is now referred to as "the gas leak year".

I really enjoyed the Community comeback. Also Johnathan Banks being included in the cast is genius.

It felt like Community again.

Looking forward to the new plots, and especially looking forward to Johnathan Banks being on more.

Sorry Owen, but no. Both episodes were great and I'm fully looking forward to this season based on them alone. Dan's back and it feels like the show is, too.

Also has anyone seen Brooklyn Nine-Nine? It's starting in a couple of weeks on E4 but aired in America in September. 3 episodes in and loving it.

Really pleasantly surprised by the new Community eps. It just felt a lot more grounded and like the first two seasons. Here's hoping they don't get caught up in a wealth of stupid timeline over-indulgences any time soon. It's going to be odd when Donald Glover leaves the show in a few episodes, though.

Also I forgot to mention, but Annie is like constantly in tight trousers now and she looks so much hotter.

Have to say I enjoyed both episodes as much as each other.
It looked, sounded and felt just like old Community. In other words, I laughed.

Sherlock.

This show is so fucking stupid but also so good at alternate points.

I can't understand the universal bumming though.

Seems like total tumblr bait.
