Has anyone tried any of the shows from the last run of Amazon pilots?
Going to give The After a go, purely because it Chris Carter, but I can't say the story behind any of them is grabbing me that much.

The Michonne bits were pretty good. But I can't stand Carl so the majority of the episode either bored or annoyed me.
That said, watching him snot himself against a door was pretty entertaining.

He's like that in the books until a certain incident that makes him a bit more interesting that should be due soon in the tv show.

Not caught up on the tv show, but can confirm Carl in the books is actually pretty awesome.

Trying out Brooklyn Nine Nine, I really enjoyed the pilot but for some reason the second episode didn't click with me at all. Gonna keep on with it though.

2nd Episode of Inside No.9 was brilliant.
Haven't laughed so much at half an hour of British comedy for ages.

This has been brilliant so far. Seems to have gone under the radar of everyone I know though... and not having much success in convincing them to give it a try.
