How young everyone in the pastry section at the Grosvenor is despite all being excellent chefs. Today it was just me and 3 guys (1 is the CDP (my line manager) and the other 2 were demis (the same as me)).

I spent all day working with them assuming they're mid 20s. Almost choked when I heard them discuss their birthdays - they were all born in 1997!!
