I hope that Mourinho apologises to Stoke. As at least Stoke play football that is at least in the 17th Century. I've never saw a team time waste in the first minute.

Seriously though, Chelsea were fielding a weakened team with a Premier League debutant in a key position and Liverpool couldn't break through in 90 minutes? Is this just sore losing?

Anyway.

I don't the team is particularly weakened with a squad their size, and luck was a pretty big factor in the result considering slipping on the pitch isn't really that much of a skill thing, and that the resulting goal gave chelsea the chance to park every player around the box

As Gandalf said above. If you want to look at a weakened team try Arsenal this season, or if you're willing to look a little further, forest. I can happily list some injuries to prove the point too :P

Transfer rumours amuse me. They reckon:

Costa to Chelsea.
Athletic replace him with Giroud from Arsenal.
Arsenal replace Giroud with Benzema.
Real Madrid replace Benzema with Suarez.

It's like buying a house, all being part of a chain
I see the bad moon arising.

Whose Suarez being replaced with? Torres?

The one I've heard is Cavani to Man United. Why he'd want to go there I don't know, and why they'd really focus on another striker when they have Van Persie and Rooney I don't know. Now I've said that, it'll probably happen.

Suarez to Real Madrid for £70m (also funded by Benzema)
Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando to City for £38m
Diego Godin to City for ???
Vidal to Chelsea for £20m
Mats Hummels to United
Mats Hummels to Barcelona
Mats Hummels to Bayern
Mats Hummels to Chelsea
Mats Hummels to Madrid

3 minutes on the clock, already a goal down. That means we're down for sure. 87 more minutes of watching skysports.com with the slight hope we might bring something to the table.

Well, Crawley Town, here we come!

To be fair Crawley let you in their bar before the game and can take drink out side if you smoke

I'm happy. Bees up, Yeovil down, a choice of Birmingham or Doncaster to join them (happy enough with either to go down although would have liked all 3) just need Fulham to go down from the Premiership and I'm laughing :D

Been cheering myself up with old games from the Carling Cup 2011. Winning against the scum, my dads team and my old bosses team to lift the cup. As if this was only 3 years ago. Sure we got lucky, and unlucky (should have been 3-1 to us against the Vile). I think we've had it to be honest. Bolton games tend to be goal less and boring at best. I predict the same, one or two early goals for them and misery for the remaining 60 or 70 mins. We'll probably get word at half time that Doncaster are panning Leicester 7-0 so it won't matter. I personally feel we deserve what's coming to us. Nevertheless, ill be sporting the shirt on Saturday! Keep Right On.

You should see the after match interviews with our manager. Genuinely looks into a camera and wonders why we're not winning. Combination of shitty tactics and players having to play in positions that are not theirs. I am genuinely surprised we haven't stuck Zigic in goal yet. Oh yeah our goal keeper...why on earth are we not playing rush goalie? I rate our chances higher. Fuck it bring Trevor Francis out of retirement, Jasper Carrot down the wings, anything would be better than this heap of shit. I want the McRelegator back. YES THERE I SAID IT.

...and finally: Shit on the villa.

I think he would be absolutely astonishing at Man Utd though. They have to keep up with the trend of miserable Scottish pricks as managers.

Ideally I would take Chris Hughton back, he's available and is a top manager. Not sure that'll happen though.

I hear Steve Kean is going to get it.
