Man goes missing at Anfield

That's not news. Eleven of them go missing every match.

Loving the irony that Leicester are third and all the Chelski fans thought they'd get nowhere with Raneri yet look at Jose

Never mind Mourinho. The Mancs seem to want Van Gaal out. :evillaff:

Was talking with one in work who's fairly level headed and he was like "If we were playing like this under Ferguson he'd be hailed a genius for getting results in spite of bad performances"

Good. Get rid of him and get in someone who doesn't win by sheer luck every game.

Bowyer's gone! Hallelujah! If Venky's appoint another unproven coach I'm going to cry, so many decent Championship level managers available at the moment.

Charlton, scum, Blackburn.

We seem to be in a run of getting managers axed after playing us recently.

Nottingham Forest on Saturday week and Freedman isn't looking too clever......

Diwali must have put Venky's in a good mood. Lambert saying all the right things and seems refreshed after a break from football. It's great to see the fanbase united behind one manager, something that hasn't really happened since Mark Hughes left us.

A proper manager! Who'da thunk it?

He's so meh. Freedman inspires no confidence at all.

Another bloody wonderful performance by Tottenham that continues to add to the growing fear that it's all going to fall apart any second now.

This could go in the LOL thread. But they always complain about football related stuff.

Everton are giving out free posters to every house by mine. Well that's just gone into the recycling bin.

Really. You think that just because you build a training ground nearby that a 95% Liverpool supporting area is suddenly going to be Evertonians. I've actually seen more United tops around here than Everton ones.

I just hope we last long enough to rack up enough points that we don't slide too far down the table when we inevitably slip up

How does that work, then? For two teams that have grounds essentially next to each other, what governs the geographical split of support? What makes some areas support Everton and others support Liverpool? Unlike most teams, it's presumably not going to be based on proximity to the ground. I'd assumed support for both would be evenly distributed, rather than clustered into areas supporting one team or the other.
