Getting back home after a weekend wherein I saw Demon, found two good pubs in Nottingham and taught my two little nieces the "Spoon!" warcry.

7 full non-smoking weeks - just worked out that I've saved £267 in that time. :D

Cheers Lub - some will power needed - but really its about strong financial and health incentives and the right drugs - My Doc put me on this wonderful stuff Champix and and I know that without it I would have failed. If I can do do you can - 34 years of smoking at least 20 a day with no more than a one month and a couple of 2 weekish cessations......up until now.
