OK so I'm sitting having a beer watching Diagnosis Murder and I reach out for the bottle to top up my half empty glass of fursty ferret with the remainder of the bottle and then take a swig.

What the hell is this I'm drinking?

It tastes like shandy but much much better and gingerier (yes i said gingerier, bite me!!)

turns out I'd grabbed the wifes crabbies ginger beer by mistake but what a great mistake.

finished it off and went to the fridge and mixed a 50:50 old speckled hen and crabbies.

I will be doing this a lot in future!!!

I saw a jobonline (University of Liverpool) and actually sat down and got the application form written without getting distracted after writing my name. For once I haven't procrastinated. And theres two more to go for as well!

Interview on Friday as a Trainee Pensions Admin too, job sounds tedium to the extreme but it's a job with prospects. Would prefer the HSBC cashiers job though even though it pays slightly less money. Waiting on results of a telephone interview for that one.

Was proper good! Spent 70 mins rattling pretty much everything in there. That feeling when you get into bed feeling actually tired and your muscles have that nice burny sensation
Going back on Thursday and intend to keep it up every other day... It makes you feel so much better generally its unreal!
