Dan, despite never being able to make a commitment so big as coming to my house, has decided to move to New Zealand in the autumn. Guess that's that.

Nope. I've had to go to his every time. Twice we've arranged for him to come here and then the morning of each time he cancelled.

I should think as long as they don't prevent you from talking to/seeing your female friends, it's not too bad, but I don't know how you'd go about convincing the girl to chill out.
