There needs to be some sort of thing going on at the bookies.

Jeremy Beadle's dead, that's a possible? Then again, children were probably shit scared of that claw...

Anyone played vice city, for Android? Any good!

Nightmare world
Reflected as a dream
Vision blurred
This surely cannot be
Twisted now
Far from reality
Delving into depths
Mankind’s depravity

For some reason I've taken Nicholas Owen a lot more seriously since he stopped reading from an ITN autocue and began reading from a BBC one. Same thing with Nick Robinson when he also switched from ITN to BBC.
If it sounds good, listen to it

I bumped into Nicholas Owen a few years ago, he's a steam locomotive driver on the Bluebell Railway in Sussex. Nice bloke.

Holy fucking shit, I loved that railway as a kid.

For some reason, Christmas in this household means walnuts.

They're like virgins - satisfying to crack into, but ultimately just nasty on the inside...

That Military Wives song was not only a whole year ago and making me feel all fuck-my-life about how fast time's going, I actually just listened to it for the first time now and it's not bad like. I imagine if I were a middle-aged woman I'd shed a tear.

Walnuts are fabulous! Have you tried them toasted? It gives them a whole new dimension.

I used to give my grandad those every year. He'd do the whole shaking it and going "I wonder what this is? :P" before unwrapping it. Gave it to him for the first xmas in ages this year and I sense he was a little disappointed

Never tried them myself because I'm a philistine when it comes to nuts.
