there's insecure and there's totally irrational. in all honesty if you keep up that frantic attitude it's not fair on this girl you've only had one date with. you haven't once considered her feelings in this, that she (i'm assuming she's a rational human being) might be incredibly uncomfortable with your thought process of 'i am 20 and must marry this girl'.

I'm 28 and getting married in August, to the girl in my first and
only serious relationship.
I've played around, had flings, done things I'm not proud of, but
never once did I feel the need to go and get married at the first chance.
I made a vow that I would stop my foolish antics and settle down
and if the right person came along I'd go with it and see where it
went. That was May 2007.
By then end of 2008, and by chance, I had met the most amazing
girl I'd ever met and I asked her to marry me in 2010. Because I knew
we both felt the same, that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives
together.

Dude, take your time. It has to be something that both people want.
You'll end up sacring her off big time and might get yourself labelled
as 'the insecure one that's "pop's the question" at the first available
opportunity' and I have known a couple of those types and it has not
got them very far.

Take it easy, go with the flow and what happens, happends. Don't force
