I think "pulling" should be meant as a sort of achievement, so I'd definitely want to say that it means shagging someone.

Well when I was at Uni and one of my mates said "they'd pulled" he'd get
pat on the back, "nice one," "get in" and, one a couple of occasions, a round of applause.

So it's always implied that the 'end zone' has been reached.

Pulling definitely means sex more often than kissing.

Depends on age I think, it acquires the former meaning in the late teens, when you're young if you say you've pulled at most it probably means a fingering behind the chippy

'Pulling' means kissing, and maybe groping to an extent, for example 'I pulled this bird in the Dev' means i got off with someone in the Dev.
'Did stuff' means fingering, oral etc, so 'I did stuff with this bird in the Crobar, would essentially be, I got sucked off in the Crobar (not referring to anyone on here in particular)
'I went home with' or 'I banged' or 'brought home' someone means sex.

Let's clear up this confusion.
