Nope, it's the fourth.

ANDREWHALL28 wrote:i'm sure 99% of people on here understood what i meant, so why didn't you :P

because you said this:

ANDREWHALL28 wrote:I agree, his first 2 movies were attrocious :|

Which means you are reffering to Das Arche Noah Prinzip and Joey. If you had said, the first two of his big disaster movies (Independence Day and Godzilla) were attrocious, then it'd be fine. As it is, you're slating two films you've most likely never seen.

Went to see THIS IS IT last night.
It was a weird experience, it reminded me that I loved MJ's music and how seeing him dance on tv when I was younger had me mesmerised. Was also really weird because the guy onstage for the whole film didn't look like someone who was about to drop dead.
I feel sorry for everyone who bought a ticket for those shows, because had he done them (and he would've), they would have been fucking epic!

I keep meaning to buy that in HMV. Even if it turned out crap - Daniel Brühl is awesome.

I finally got round to watching Lost Boys the other day (getting sent home from work for being ill has advantages..). How fucking awesome is that film, even if just for the 80s'ness of it all

2012.
What the fuck was that all about?
Visually stunning but just completely and utterly ridiculous.

How did those superhuman saviours of the human race, the Americans, save the rest of us mere mortals this time?

Little Monsters.

Holy shit I forgot how much I loved this movie! I used to watch it round a mate's house pretty much weekly, never got sick of it.

Brian (Fred Savage) and his family (including Daniel Stern as his Dad) have moved into a new house, and he's having some trouble making friends at school. Until he meets the monster under his bed, Maurice. Maurice introduces him to the monster world, which has doors all over the country underneath every bed. They get up to all sorts of stuff (including switching the filling in the school bully's sandwich with cat food and his apple juice with piss), until Brian starts to feel a little different..

It's full of immature jokes and slapstick humour, but there's also some seriously amazing make-up effects (especially for 1989), innuendo and adult humour galore to keep the grown-ups entertained. I'm amazed it got through as a PG in the '90s but it's no surprise that it's unavailable on R2 DVD. I seriously recommend hunting it out online or buying the R1 DVD.

+1

Amazing to look at but seriously, wtf. The pseudo science had a few flaws in it too, I'm no meteorologist or whatever but I don't think there would be clear sky's the world over a month after a super-volcano erupts.

Saw it years ago, in a german lesson I think, and I remember it being pretty good. It's always rediculously expencive when I go to buy it though, so I never bother.

INK

A young girl's subconscious gets kidnapped by a sinster looking cloaked figure and is held captive while a group of dream givers (Storytellers) try to rescue her.
In the real world, a father is the key to saving his comatose daughter.
I really didn't know what to make of this film for a while but then it just suddenly clicked. A good story with a worthy ending. A nice surprise.
