Travelled about 350 mile round trip to Peterborough yesterday. All to watch Tranmere lose.

Ah well. Didn't deserve it.

I totally agree. I tell you what, the more I see Smalling, the more impressed I am.

Yes it looks like a good bit of business for a young English player now hes come far in a short period of time. Shame United couldn't keep hold of Pique he and Smalling might have formed a great partnership at the back. You can see Smalling taking over from Rio in a couple of years.
Gibson maybe lacks a bit of pace and doesn't track back but hes strong, has a terrific shot and can pass. He's got to be a better candidate for the midfield than Carrick who looks like a Championship player these days. Obertan and Bebe need to be shipped out. Why SAF kept them and shipped Welbeck and Macheda out on loan I really can't fathom!

Nobody wanted them on loan.

It gives me immense satisfaction to see the Man U reserves play, because with a few exceptions they're really not very good. A nice nosedive when Fergie retires would cheer the world up greatly.

Also, good win for City, even if Dzeko managed to completely fuck up a one on one and doesn't look great still.

In the words of Kevin Keegan, I would love it if that happened.

What makes you think he's going to retire? Also City really didnt deserve their scoreline.

Congrats to Leyton Orient who were really shit up until 70 minute mark.

Football away days are always immense, win, lose or draw. This season's 350 mile round trip from Whitby to Hednesford for a FA Trophy game was epic. Missed the entire 1st half stuck in traffic, got lashed on discounted cans of Magners, ended up winning the game and spent most of the drive out of Cannock hanging out of the passanger-side window shouting drunkardly at locals.

I love football.

Its not his fault he was programmed that way.

In fairness he's become less of a twat recently as he is more willing to admit his team were shit and that the opposition were better, he also prefers everyone slagging him off than the team.
