Dude, that's way too many! Go for 3x5 or you'll fuck shit up in the long run.

Got woken up at 6.30 and couldn't get back to sleep, going to be struggling to stay awake by the time I get the train home from Belfast tonight.

Yeah, it was a stupid idea, worst is last 2 sets I did 100kg. I've never done more than 3, I was just feeling I needed to challenge myself. The playing's better than yesterday thankfully, but my forearms have yet to forgive me completely.

Been feeling rough ever since lunchtime yesterday when I had a pint. I'm either completely intolerant to alcohol and am hungover to hell for 24+ hours, or it was a dodgy pint. Feels like the bad one I had at BOA last year.

Keep getting stomach pains after meals just lately, the pain seems to go away after an hour or 2 but its more an inconvenience than anything; weird thing is that I've not changed my habits or diet from before...

I've had fuck all sleep over the past week, I've currently been awake for near 20 hours and I'm wide awake.. Almost tempted to live on coffee till tomorrow evening, but I know I'll just give up end and go to sleep at 4/5am and waking up around 10 tired as shit till bed time as per usual.

I put up a rug for free on gumtree and sit around waiting for an hour like a total mug for someone to come and get it. I guess they can't be bothered to come and get something I'd nicely said they could have for free and cant even be fucked to tell me otherwise. ta
