We run road accident claims, and we have to justify how long cars take to repair and hire periods and whatnot to the other sides insurance company.

Anyway:

The forum time is fine, it sounds as though you still have Daylight Saving Time switched on in your Board Preferences though. You just need to go to your User Control Panel, go to the Board Preferences, make sure you have UTC as your timezone and click Summer Time/DST off.
