My dad spent about £250 on a camera, a DSLR looking thing but not quite.

He's used it approximately twice since he got it two months ago.

Once to test it out, and once on a 3 day holiday the past weekend. They went into the lovely hills and shit.

He took 5 photos, all of an empty beer can in black and white while he was pissed.

£250 well spent.

Saw a railway sign in town yesterday. A cartoon of someone walking towards some tracks covered in blood. The first couple of lines of the caption said something along the lines of "Don't do it. Use a bridge."
For a moment I thought they were giving tips on suicide because they were sick of hosing blood off the tracks.

Turns out, it was just a railway safety sign about not crossing the tracks anywhere but designated areas. Australia's broken my brain, I think
