When hoovering the carpet near the open door at work I got the unbelievable urge to hoover a pigeon that was walking past. I literally had to back off to stop myself from doing it.

Been listening to music videos on youtube and read a comment on a song realised last year that said something along the lines of 'even with time it still sounds great'

I went to a pub gig in Ilkeston last night. The singer of the headline band looked like Gareth from The Office (in leather trousers). The band also had some comical "professional" touches...

- Sheet over the drumkit while the support band was on
- Incredibly expensive equipment for a pub band
- The least effective smoke machine ever

My friends' covers band was supporting and, in spite of the fact that they'd had one practice in six weeks, still managed to blow the headliners out of the water.
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!
