If you look at the front page of that section it says:

"The new online marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets."

Most of the tickets on offer at the moment seem to be from "GetMeIn", which on further investigation, seems to be ANOTHER online ticket marketplace offered by TicketMaster:

This is obviously just another way for touts to sell tickets at ridiculous prices.
I hope Play and Ticketmaster get some bad press because of this and decide to remove the service.
