My flatmate's dad works for Walkers, so there was talk a few months ago of him buying a load of crisps in bulk on the cheap and us all chipping in. Now they've arrived and he's clearly decided that instead of taking money for them he wants the power, and has set himself up as Crisp Lord. He's got them in his room somewhere and occasionally he'll just stride in and put some down in front of us, or I found a packet on my door handle yesterday. It's so typically him it's fantastic.

I can't mind where I saw it, but I believe he's still about, working nightshifts, and doing brazilian ju-jitsu.

Very funny. Got a few mates that will love that, cheers.

One of them got told off by his wife for changing the lyrics of Christmas songs so they were about Jimmy Saville and singing them to their one year old daughter.

:o

Ten friends in the US have spent the past 23 years locked in an ambitious game of 'tag'.

There are no geographic restrictions for these men - now in their forties - and the game is live for the entire month of February. The last man tagged stays 'it' until February the following year.

The game began in high school around the campus of Gonzaga Preparatory School in Spokane, Washington, and has lasted through college, new careers, additions to families and even beyond states and cities.

Patrick Schultheis, a partaking member who is now a lawyer, gave the Wall Street Journal a copy of a 'Tag Participation Agreement' dated January 27, 1990, which outlined the fine print of the game for the players.

The agreement for the game specifically rules out 'tag-backs', or tagging the player who just tagged you.

Players can be tagged in bed or at work, leading to assistants banning players from each others' offices during the month of February.

Schultheis once refused to help a colleague change his tyre, fearing the man had been recruited to help get him tagged. He said that he lessens the risk of tagging sometimes by heading to Hawaii in February.

Tech company manager Mike Konesky, has been 'it' for the past 11 months. His sights are set on Sean Raftis, now a priest.

Father Raftis, who has apparently not been tagged for a while since his move to Montana, is described by several players as "a sitting duck on Sundays" during services

Just been told a story by a guy at work about the time he and his wife were flying home from holiday, the plane was taxiing and his wife felt sick. Discovered there were no sick bags, attendants couldn't give him anything. Guy uses his hands to catch his wife's vomit. That's the most romantic, gentlemanly thing I've ever heard in my life.
